HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS

• Hostel applicants will be considered only from Class – III onwards.
• Hostel seats will be opened for both boys and girls as per the availability of seats.
• Hostel fees must be paid before the 15th of every month without fail.
• The hostel fees for the full academic year must be paid. Unless the student is terminally ill, withdrawal from the hostel is not possible under any circumstances.
• Visiting Day or a Home Visit, whichever is convenient shall be entertained on the 1st Saturday of every month. Only Parents or Legal Guardians are allowed on the Visiting Day. Visiting hours will be opened from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.
• Bringing in of edibles in any form from outside is strictly prohibited.
• Parents or Guardians are not allowed to send any items to the hostellers without informing the wardens.
• If a hosteller is caught running away from the hostel, a fine of Rs.1000/- must be paid by the Parents or Guardians upon re-entering the hostel. If the offence is repeated the student will be expelled from the School.

HOSTELLERS REQUIREMENT LIST

1. Mattress, Pillow, Mosquito Net.
2. Plastic Bucket & Mug.
3. Toiletries – Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap.
4. Shoe polish & Shoe brush.
5. Towel (x2)
6. Holy Bible (English KJV) & Kristian Hla Bu.
7. Hanger.
8. Night Wear ( 2 pairs)
9. Casual Clothes (4 pairs)
10. School Uniform with spare.
11. A separate hostel uniform for both boys and girls must be purchased from the School.
12. 1 Rim of Paper for Mathematics practice.
